I have an Oncology Massage qualification which allows me to work with people during and after their cancer treatment. Adapting various massage therapy techniques to help with relaxation or restricted movement for people in all stages of cancer treatment. The techniques are light pressure to minimise putting the bodies systems under additional stress however, they are still very effective.

Oncology Massage takes into consideration the side effects of cancer treatments such as; medications, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation to ensure the timing of a treatment is right for the client.

In addition to providing relaxation, oncology massage can also help to reduce the side effect symptoms of cancer treatments e.g. anxiety, nausea, insomnia and fatigue. Upmost care will be taken to ensure comfort during the appointment.
